Thanks for your order. Please read the following carefully:

1. If you ordered Mailbox Studio, please install the software now, if you have not already done so.
You will be sent additional files, depending on which option you purchased.  Your registration
code is the invoice number you receive from Goemerchant.  If you ordered via Paypal, we will
send you the registration code.   It usually takes 12-24 hours for the code to activate.  MBS has
a 10-day trial, so you will not be penalized.

2. If you ordered  the Turnkey version,  will be required to furnish additional information
to complete your order.  You are required to have an SMTP mail server to use Mailbox
Studio.  The Turnkey solution will have this information included.  If you wish to use
your own server, you will have to know and provide to us the mail server name, and logins
and passwords for two email accounts. You will need to know if your Port25 is open for mailing.
If you need an SMTP server, you can order one from out catalog page.

3. All products are delivered via the internet. You should know how to use Winzip or the
built in Windows XP decompressor.

4. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery of all products except MBS Turnkey and leads.  As we deliver
fresh leads with these products, it may take 48-72 hours for delivery.
